The Competition of the Two Processors Brands

The AMD and the Intel are the leading brands in the processors producers. Almost all computers in the world use those two processors. Each of them has their own eminences compare to the other. Let’s try to make a short comparison of the two leading processor brands to give us a different point of view before we make a purchasing.

The AMD is the 64 bit processors, and many people love it because of its supreme multi tasking and graphic features. The older player on the processor fields the Intel was the initial undisputed winner before the things changed. Both AMD and Intel are the microprocessors that manufactured based on the x86 architecture. The competition of the two brands has been so long. The first lack of the Intel is about the power consumption. Somehow, the latest technology of Intel, the Core 2 Duo Processor still used more power than the AMP Sempron.

AMD also win in the matter of price comparison. With the same ability, the AMD’s is cheaper that the Intel’s. The AMD also has the best preference for some gamers and graphic workers because the AMD have the best performance on it compare to the Intel. The only problem that AMD has is the heat problem. Somehow, computers that use AMD inside are hotter than computers with Intel inside.

    i’m still using my AMD x64 architecture boards processor :)

    more heat more hot :D never find any problems using AMD (yet) :D

    i’m planning on buying AMD base mother board, because it’s already have a good VGA-card compare to intel with ther sucky VGA. but to be honest, I still love intel processor because it’s the best thing there is iguess. AMD need more time to be able as mighty as intel. hey abang, is there space for exchane link?

    AMD sekarang sudah jauh lebih bagus jadul AMD itu perfomanya jelek banget makanya kita gelari AMD = Aku Mau Dingin karena cepat banget panas
